Leila Small

 Tutor

Leila Small grew up in NYC and attended the Heschel School.

She then graduated from Brandeis University with degrees in Education Studies and Psychology and a minor in Judaic Studies. When she wasn’t in class, she spent her time working at a Hebrew school, participating in 1:1 volunteer tutoring, and overseeing an English Language Learner after-school program for middle school students. Currently, she is a 5th grade teacher at The Shefa School in downtown Manhattan. In the summers, she works at Camp Ramah in Nyack as a division head for incoming fourth graders. Two other passions of hers include word searches and biking. She looks forward to working with your children!
