Zahava Kalb

Zahava Kalb is from New Rochelle and grew up going to SAR Academy, a Jewish day school in Riverdale, NY. Zahava spent a year studying in Israel, while enjoying Israeli culture, touring through the ancient and biblical cities and learning about her Jewsih heritage. Zahava is currently studying Psychology and has experience working with children in and out of the classroom. Zahava spent many summers working at Jewish summer camps and is passionate about Jewish education. Last year, Zahava was an assistant Kindergarten teacher and loved developing a strong and meaningful curriculum. Zahava’s love of Jewish education stems from a strong connection to the Jewish traditions, customs and the Hebrew language. In her free time, she loves hiking outdoors, doing DIY projects and cooking!
