We love what we do, and we know you will, too! But don't just take our word for it. This is what some of our clients have to say:
Our children have worked with Morah Jessie for the past 5 years and we are so grateful for her patience, knowledge and dedication. Both of our children have responded well to her dynamic and engaging style of teaching the Hebrew language and Judaism in general. What they learn in the small, intimate sessions with her far exceeds what they would glean from a more traditional "Hebrew school." It is more meaningful and time-efficient, and we could not imagine them enjoying it any other way. The kids look forward to their sessions and are extremely well-informed of both Hebrew prayers and Jewish holidays. Her kindness and wisdom shine through her teaching and our whole family is lucky to have her. We consider her mishpucha!

My children have loved working with Morah Jessie for the last 5 YEARS! She makes “Hebrew school” fun for the kids and instills a sense of pride at mastering their Hebrew letters and prayers and a strong Jewish identity when learning about their Jewish heritage. We are so glad we didn't go the traditional Hebrew school route. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

We wanted a more personal and meaningful Jewish education for our daughter as she embarked on becoming a bat mitzvah. Morah Jessie, Jamie and her team were absolutely wonderful! There is no appropriate superlative to describe the unique combination of quality education, commitment, organization, flexibility and caring from which our daughter benefitted. The experience has been so fantastic!

"My daughter had been working with another organization that furnishes private bat-mitzvah tutoring and she was not interested or motivated. She rejected the entire process and often told me that she did not want to have a bat-mitzvah because she did not know why she was doing it. While expressing my concerns at work, one of my co-workers suggested Morah Jessie Tutors. From the first time I spoke with her, Morah Jessie was welcoming and inspiring. As soon as I enrolled my daughter, the change in her was significant. Suddenly, my daughter was invested in learning about her Judaism and working towards becoming a bat-mitzvah. The tutor Morah Jessie assigned to her, Jamie, was engaging, supportive and made learning fun. My daughter looked forward to their sessions and, now, even though her bat-mitzvah is over, she intends to meet with Jamie once a month to continue her learning.
On the day of my daughter's event, Rabbi Dahlia (who had been assigned to be her rabbi), was bubbly and inclusive. Most of the attendees were not Jewish but talked after about how wonderful the rabbi was because of her positive spirit and her explanations about everything that was happening so that all could understand and appreciate the service. Lydia was able to shine on her bat-mitzvah because of the all of the hard work she put forth, but also because of the team that Morah Jessie Tutors put together for her.
Becoming a part of the Morah Jessie Tutors family made a world of difference to our family. Morah Jessie, Rabbi Dahlia, and Jamie were always available to answer questions and offer guidance. I recommend Morah Jessie Tutors, without hesitation, to anyone looking for a solid bat-mitzvah tutoring organization. "
